COMMERCIAL SPACE MAKEOVER
Design principles apply to commercial space decor as well as residential. This dated office building received a much needed makeover that brought it from the 80's into the new millennium. The new decor reflects the philosophy of the engineering firm: no-nonsense, direct and uncomplicated.
Analog Lobby
It's all in the curve! The existing curvilinear architecture was updated with neutral paint colours and enhanced with contemporary furnishings.
Digital Kitchen
The design inspiration for the kitchen comes from the image of a digital signal. Slate grey accent walls offer fresh contrast to updated white cabinetry. Lower cabinetry was refreshed with melamine paint, a new countertop was installed and a geometric tile backsplash was added, resulting in a bright, contemporary space that invites gathering, conversation and collaboration.
